Mala had an early interest in Fashion and grew up designing and making her own clothes. While she enhanced her passion with a diploma from Pearl Academy of Fashion, she only translated it into a career when she realized that like her, there are others who feel the lack of well-cut and appropriately stylish every day clothing. Her resultant dress collections exemplify “effortless style” as the underlying mantra.

She combines the use of fabrics made from natural fibres with sustainable eco-friendly techniques. Mala uses mostly cottons and viscose, for the easy breathability they offer. Comfort is the cornerstone of her styling and the eclectic cuts lend enormous versatility, such that the dresses can be dressed up or down to suit the occasion. Or as colloquially referred to: from Desk to Dinner.
