Domestic Orders (Within India)
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
- Beyond 24 hours, cancellations will only be possible if the order has not been shipped.
International Orders
- Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible due to shipping and logistics constraints.
2. How to Cancel an Order

- Please include your order details, such as the order number, full name, and contact information, for quicker processing.
3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
Domestic Orders
- For cancellations made within the eligible time frame, a full refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
International Orders
- If eligible for cancellation, the refund will exclude any shipping charges incurred.
- Refunds may take 10–15 working days to process, depending on your payment provider.
4. Cancellation After Order Shipment
Domestic Orders
- If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery, subject to our return policy.
International Orders
- Once an international order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. Any duties, taxes, or additional shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Special Cases for Cancellation
- Made-to-Order or Customized Items: These orders are non-cancelable as they are crafted specifically for you.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders require a 30% advance payment. If canceled after confirmation but before shipment, the advance payment will be refunded as per the standard timeline.
6. Non-Availability of Products
In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

- You may choose to wait for restocking, replace the item with an alternative, or cancel the order for a full refund.
