Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order by either  writing to us at info@malasingh.in to place a request for cancellation.

Please inform us as soon as possible so that we don't process the order. It saves the courier cost & effort.

For the cancellation of prepaid orders, a credit note will be provided which can be used in the next 60 days on the Mala Singh website. However, all the credit has to use in a single purchase
