1. Delivery Time

Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • After placing your order, you will receive an email with a summary of your purchase and an estimated delivery timeline.
  • We typically take 7–10 working days from the date of order placement to deliver your items.
  • Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for standard deliveries.

International Orders

  • International orders are generally delivered within 10–15 business days from the date of order placement.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for certain locations based on accessibility. In such cases, our team will proactively update you.

 

If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact our team in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

2. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping

  • Free shipping for all orders within India.

International Shipping

  • Standard shipping charges start from INR 2500 and may vary based on the shipment’s weight, volume, and destination.

3. Duties & Taxes for International Orders

  • Duties and taxes are not included in your order value and are payable separately upon delivery.
  • These charges vary based on the destination country and will need to be paid directly to the shipping carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Aramex) at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping of Products

  • All orders are processed from our warehouse/workshop in Gurugram, India.
  • Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. Please ensure the address is complete and accurate for faster delivery.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and details of the courier partner via email.
  • You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment on the courier’s website.

6. Non-Availability on Delivery

  • Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your package before it is returned to us.
  • To ensure a smooth delivery, provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including the zip code and a valid mobile number.

7. Modes of Payment

For Domestic Orders (India):

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
  • Net Banking options are available across leading banks.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for domestic orders except on products above XL size and customized products. Our team will contact you via phone or WhatsApp to confirm the order before processing.

For International Orders:

  • We accept major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express.
